Blue Diamond's 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Conditions for Refund: If the attachment doesn't meet expectations due to proper application and use, a full refund (excluding shipping) is offered.
Process: Customers coordinate with their dealer, who contacts the Blue Diamond territory manager for inspection arrangements and paperwork initiation.
Credit to Dealer: Blue Diamond credits the dealer the attachment cost, with shipping handled either by Blue Diamond (cost deducted) or arrange prepaid by the customer or dealer.
Approval Required: All guarantee returns must be approved by Michael Koehler.
Exclusions: The Guarantee doesn't cover misuse, wrong applications, or products not sellable, ordered in error, or unwanted by the dealer.
